I placed my order with Marius.
After I placed my order he updated that it takes about 7-12 days which I was happy with..
Im travelling allot for work but after a while I asked for a update..I flat line ignored me. I sent him a email and then only received a update :

I do apologies for the long wait and inconveince.
As i am having issues with my suppliers and SA Customs.
There was a few parcels from china, and will be going through them, there is a few still awaiting for
I do highly apologies for this inconveince caused.
I would understand if you would like me to issue a refund for your order.
As i would like to build a good relationship with my client due to just started the Company.
I will, if requested, issue a refund and also send you Fittings on the house.
I said no to the refund as I dont think its fair to take the parts for free.
After a while I asked for a update again which I think is not the way it should be --- You as a Re-seller or supplier should keep your customers happy.
I got really frustrated and asked him.
Eventually one day he updated me : The stuff arrived... Oh I was excited..Lol.. He even offered to drop the goods of at my house the Saturday and I accepted the offer...
The Saturday morning his phone was switched off... Nothing happened..No goods received..The Tuesday he told me : Oh sorry his phone was broken and Only got it back that day..I asked him if we can sort it out before the next weekend Ill pay for a courier to pickup and drop of at my Girlfriends office which is like 10km from his house.. He agreed and i made sure with him that the stuff will be ready.... Then the courier picked up...and delivered the next day.. Asked the GF to open the parcel and none of it was stuff i ordered.. Contacted him immediately and his response was : OMG the cleaner gave them the wrong parcel..

Then he said he will get a same day delivery on him so that I can have the stuff before the weekend as Im traveling again this week...
Up to today.. No delivery nothing
On Saturday I asked for a Refund which he responded to : He will pay me back before 14:00
No Payment... He ignores me the whole Sunday ---
Monday : Oh dam his phone was broken da da da da ... He is not in a mood to argue da da da da da da he will pay me that evening...which was last night
So at about 8pm I sent a msg... No Reply
This morning again .. No his phone is switched off...
No my Question is : Can i move this to the bad deals thread.. He had a re seller's sub for a month or 2.. Can I do a Itrader??
