Joining multiple internet connections into one super highspeed connection

Greetings Guys,
I saw this application called inetfussion that claims to merge multiple internet connections into one super high speed connection....is it too good to be true? anyone have any experience with this?

Nothing new from a technical perspective. Multithreading and stateful persistent routing over multiple outgoing routes
Just local to desktop?
 
Funny this caught my eye not exactly the same but i thinking of building a 5ghz network with the LAN club and adding everybodies fiber/adsl to get a insane speed but im wondering is it legal and 2ndly i need allow of wood ... i mean poles to mout the antenna with andy body else tried this .

Should only help for things that actually support it,torrents,browser downloads where it can multithread are very lenient
 
About this, does one need specialized hardware or will software only do this, would be great of it was hardware that could handle this without software you have to pay for on a monthly basis.
