Nothing new from a technical perspective. Multithreading and stateful persistent routing over multiple outgoing routes
Just local to desktop?

Should only help for things that actually support it,torrents, browser downloads where it can multithread are very lenient

About this, does one need specialized hardware or will software only do this, would be great of it was hardware that could handle this without software you have to pay for on a monthly basis.
