As i am a member of this community, i have a Job Opportunity open for a person, which meets the following:
Please note this is a Sales Position in a Store.

1) Proficient in reading and writing of English & Afrikaans
2) Has own reliable transport
3) Knows the Tech world and can work with Clients
4) Has Sales & Tech background
5) A+ & N+ would be an advantage, but not a requirement
6) MUST be Honorable, Reliable, Hard Working, has Integrity and must be Trustworthy.
7) Able to think outside the box
8) can work under pressure and as a team member.

This position is in Pretoria, Montana. and the Interview would be held in Brooklyn.
The interview would be scheduled for the person that qualifies

The best person for the job will be accepted in the end, I dont think its fair for the company to accept only 1 applicant from Carb.

Yeah, like @eleventh said, at that point it was posted in the PIF section, meaning first person to call dibs should be able to get it.

My fault.
Like i said. Job is available.
Why on carb? Well easy. I want to get someone from the community that actually needs a job. Not some generic answering machine on PNet or jobmail that gives recommendations based on paper vs a person actually introducing themselves.
Then also, why in PIF? Its a job that is given free, and according to the rules of PIF, the first one calling dibs is not the one to get the PIF, but rather the person that is chosen to get said PIF. This desicion is made by the person that posted the PIF.
So if you guys are now done doing what you doing, let me get back to actually helping someone please?

A job is essentially a service offered for remuneration.

Oof, everything is in jest, nothing personal bud. Interesting that you apologise, then justify yourself... PIF is not the right section for a job listing friend.

He's right you know.

There's this mentality that some carb members have they believe calling first dibs in pif means they HAVE to get it. They called dibs. It's theirs.

God forbid the OP give it to someone else. Even though, it clearly states in the rules that OP can give it to whoever he wants.

Dibs is meant to secure a spot in the "draw" to let OP know you're interested, and if he then decides to give it to you then great.

But people have now decided that dibs is first come first serve.
