I'm not saying you were wrong for sharing your experience (unless they gave you an incentive for doing so, in which case, you must disclose that for full transparency).
I'm saying they haven't proven their reputation as reliable, especially since their cheaper stock seems to come from grey imports, meaning there's no local distributor support if something goes wrong, meaning you're entirely in their hands in that situation - and the quality of that support is untested, and therefore, unproven.
Incidentally this business model (if my assumption is correct) is similar to Evetech's, who have a reputation for very poor service in the context of RMAs.
It's one thing to say "my stuff arrived on time," it's very different to say "my R 20 000 GPU failed 5 months after I bought it and they replaced it within a few days with no questions asked." The latter is what makes a store reliable, not the former.
