Support iTrader feedback "oops we ran into a problem"

Hi,

@BatterybOy is trying to give me iTrader feedback and keeps getting "Oops we ran into a problem".

I don't think it is any of the issues listed in the "read first" post as he has done many deals and given iTrader.

I got the same response from @DeRR!!

It would be really nice to have these deals' feedback reflected on my profile.

it could have been due to the whole issue with regards to member profiles maybe

Can you please ask the users ti try again ? there was an issue with accessing user profiles which has since been fixed

Thanks for the quick responses, I only saw it now as I do not watch threads with email notifs, I have asked the user to try again.

I had this problem when trying to leave feedback on my phone, it worked after I turned off "toggle bb code", the gear button on the top right of the text box.
