Support iTrader feedback error

Hi guys,

I've tried now 3 times over the course of some weeks to offer an iTrader feeback but it fails each time. This is the URL in question: https://carbonite.co.za/index.php?threads/lenovo-a7-android-tab-7”.262538/

I get a "oops we ran into some problems, please enter a valid URL" error each time.

I'm going via inbox -> "new positive feeback..." then copying the link from the OP (tried going to OP from my threads also - same result), then selecting "add feedback" from the inbox message.

try going to your own FEEDBACK page and going to feedback left for you, then click on the + "SUBMIT FEEDBACK.."

Try returning the Feedback he left you? On your Feedback page you'll see a Plus-button that'll allow you to just return it, without having to copy any links. Try that and let me know what happens?

Does it help to tell you i'm using Safari? I've never had an issue before though...

Still stumped... I don't even know what to do next.
As for the "URL not valid" issue: Just remove the " in the URL, but the thing is we tried submitting ratings from your account using different threads, then we got a server error, we are still investigating that.

Just a quick one but have you tried to remove the 's' in the 'https://...'

I seem to remember something about it causing issues. I might be wrong.

Hey, thanks for your input. According to Vivception it seems to be an issue with my account specifically, or something. Its super weird. Never had an issue before.

Please try one more time I've reapproved your account. Try to clear your cache before attempting to give a rating.

If this does not work then we can try to make a dummy account and merge yours with it and check if that works.

Hi, I recently did an iTrader for the most recent sale / purchase (can't remember now) and all was fine. Perhaps it was only confined to that one instance?
