Hi, Thanks will try to clarify

There's a wholesale distribution company looking to hire someone to maintain their IT environment comprising of 50 PC's, a Server, Printers, Networking, Sage Evolution, SQL, Cybersecurity etc
As well as advise on and implement upgrades / improvements.

Degree OR Certifications inspire confidence in a corporate environment that the individual is trained at the task he/she is required to do.
Personally, I agree that an individual without a qualification can be just as effective if not better at the job, its all dependent on the individual and past experiences.
However not all companies share the same ideology (Does not mean that CV's without a Degree will not be considered)

As I am not directly involved in the hiring process, I cannot give a salary range.
Just channeling CV's of prospective candidates in the hopes of helping a fellow Carbie land a job.
