Just curious if i could order a fibre line in my area , the LTE is shit and the ADSL line is crap to would appreciate any information regarding my question

This will all depend on where the neerest fibre point is. But just one PE son requesting in an area will probably not get them jumping with joy to com le install for you. But generally anything is possible. If you willing to foot the bill for the civil work thyley would definitly accommodate you, but don't think this time of year though.

Generally you could pay someone to trench from the closest point an ISP could provision, to where you need it. Costs around R3000-5000 per metre.

You can express interest on some order forms where there isn't fibre. Enough people and it should rain...wait

Check if level 7 is in your area

they have business fibre, which i think may even be some wireless access between your premises and a fibre base station, but it is pricey.

You can also do "fibre-over-air", which is basically a directional laser through free space. So kinda like directional wifi.

Appreciate all the advice will have to work around this and see the possible outcome i have approached a few people in my area but they not interested ... Most are retired and not interested in the "internet"

Well you approaching them wrong - Showing interest does not mean they have to buy it.

Also you can tell them that Fibre Installations in the area will increase the value of their property.

Also Fibre means they can have street cameras for extra safety haha. Pull all the cards

For a lot of reasons we do not have fibre in our area one being that there does not seem to be a site for them to use. However we have overcome this with our "last mile" being a outdoor wireless. adds about 4ms to the ping but we way happier than LTE.

Route build trenching is generally around R500/m with access builds being R70/m (both ex VAT).

Though that isn't the point really. You need to be close to a breakout point like Budibox, boundary box, wall termination unit etc. You won't be able to connect to the distribution cable even if it runs right past your erf.

Many people don't know this so look at a manhole or closed trench and complain why they can't connect lol.
