Cant speak for that deal, but I have bought a couple of games from them and cant complain about anything.

Yes they are. They do sometimes ask for an ID copy if it is your first purchase with them. Just decline and ask for a refund. They usually then process your purchase without the ID

I've bought some games from there. As for passes i am not sure. My dad had some region issues a while ago when he bought Live membership. But they did refund him without any issues.
