Full story: So a client decided to capture some underwater footage whilst in Bali (with her R29k phone as you do). The phone is water damaged and does not turn on. Phone has been blocked by provider and probably still has her iCloud on - so this is really just for parts.

I believe the client claimed from insurance but they (the insurance) didn't actually want to take the phone, only blacklist it.
