Note - I do not really use the phone, hence I do not know if anything else is wrong, however I believe apart from cracked screen, all work as it should. My dad said the voice was not clear, but my mom said it was fine. Dad borrowed it for about 2/3 weeks when he was waiting for his phone to be fixed and he was happy with it and did not complain about stuff not working.

However, phone is sold as is.
