I have the following position open at my company .
Position Available: Internal IT Support
Number of Positions: 1
Employment type: 3 months probation and then permanent
Salary: Salary Will be discussed based on skills etc.
Perks: Secure Parking, Flexible hours, Free Coffee, Vending Machine, a data center to play in ( Within bounds of course
)
Starting Date: ASAP
Location: Midrand (Close to Mall of Africa)
Job Description/Requirements: A Midrand based cloud company, is looking for a Internal IT support guy. Skills needed but not limited to include
Knowledge of Domain Controllers ( New user creation, Password Reset, DHCP Configurations)
Basic-Intermediate Networking Skills( Creation of network cables, Configuring basic network devices (IP phones, Access Points) etc)
Knowledge of office 365 and associated office applications.
Patience.
Hyper-V experience ( Creating Virtual Machines and managing them)
Basic knowledge on how to build a computer.
Managing Internal stock.
Phone etiquette.
Academic requirements:
A+ or N+ maybe
Some experience (preferable) or not.
At least know what you are doing
There is so much room for growth in this company, Environment is super cozy and friendly and as mentioned, you will have flexible hours example working from 6:30 to 3:30, & 7:00 to 16:00 etc . We have our own data center. On the job training will be provided.
