Intel to swap for AMD

I want to migrate from Intel to AMD. I have the following that I would swap for an AMD CPU, mobo (AM4) and RAM.

I have: i5 3470 cpu with cooler with mobo and 10GB of RAM.
i5 2320 cpu only.
Socket 775 mobo, e7400 cpu and 6GB of RAM.
Aircooler case with 700w power supply

I will basically give you ALL my Intel stock for and AMD cpu, mobo and RAM.
