Like I said to you if the deal doesn't fall through with XtaCy696 then you are next in line with your offer.

I don't think that flies around here. This isn't Facebook Marketplace. Either you're first in line or you're not. Someone offering a higher amount doesn't automatically allow them to jump in front of the line.

Now, yes, it has been established that @ReFresHZA was only going to take it if it was still available, so he didn't "call dibz" so to say, but in future whoever comes first gets served first, even if the price of 5th in line is 10x higher than the price agreed upon with the first person.
Side note: I only saw your update now, so @XtaCy696 was technically first in line. But still, this isn't marketplace or Gumtree.

It was established that they didn't agree to the sale yet. If a price was agreed upon, the only time we backtrack is if the item is no longer for sale, not because someone else offered higher than asking price. It's the same reason auctions aren't allowed on this site.

Depends. If the first dibz is agreeing to pay the asking price, then he shouldn't be sidelined for a higher bidder who's offering more than asking price.

If the post said "price negotiable" and the seller agrees on an offer, he can't just chop and change his mind for the next person after he already agreed.

If the price is firm and seller refuses a lower offer, then that's that.

If the post said "price negotiable" the seller DOESN'T agree to the offer, then "first dibz" will fall away if the person fails to renegotiate.

We deal with integrity, honor and courtesy . We're not greedy scoundrels, or auctioneers on bidorbuy. That's what makes Carbonite more reliable and trustworthy.

I said last night XtaCy696 was the first to message , I only had the change to go through my messages properly last night.

I was busy last week first time seeing the family in over 9 months , had car stuff I needed to sort out etc.

Just to clear up the air
I respect and follow the rule of first come first serve basis , but I did not accept Refreshed' offer that was made , even though he was the Second to PM me a offer.

ask XtaCy I even replied DAYS afterwards to his PM because I was busy.

So I'm not pulling a "marketplace" or "gumtree" move of who offers more gets it. Yeah I replied last night not accepting the offer , Only to realize that he wasn't the first to pm.
There, then I declined the offer.

Don't want to deal with Me because your offer was made second and lower than my asking price that's 100%

Rules of Carbonite has been followed,
and acknowledged by other fellow Carbies which I noticed.

I wasn't a quick responder yes, I know that. nor was I keeping the buyer up to date with what's happening, Yes I know that.
But I don't get notifications from Carbonite messages thus the sale went through with XtaCy quicker because we chatted via Whatsapp.

I did say if the deal does not follow through with XtaCy then you are next in line, even with the lower offer.
But got a snotty reply, which I won't hold a grudge on.

If there is anything no one understands, or needs more clarification on, I'll reply as soon as I can

I'll even send both the message correspondence from both sellers to the admins if someone wants to get political about it.
