Support Insufficient Privileges

Been having the issue for couple days now where instead of the "Write your reply" box I get a little notification bottom right of last post stating "You have insufficient privileges to reply here."
Have chatted to Oom Jackie B and had a PW reset done. Still no joy.
Anyone else got this issue?
Also it only seems to be on some sub forums - particularly the Mobile Devices sub forum.

Still got the issue and noticed now it prevents me creating new threads in that sub forum if that sub forum happens to be one of the 'insufficient privileges' affected .
