Why was he vehicle painted? What was the scope of the accident? Been looking for one of these.

I bought the car when it had less than 10000kms on it, but it looked to me like a cosmetic fix that was there when I bought it. I think they just didn't match the paint correctly but the door wasn't removed.
The car was also never involved in any accidents.
