Support I'm locked out of my account

Hey there! The account registered to my email address (Uhm Actually) is locked out. I do not have the backup codes and I recently formatted my phone, which for some reason cleared all the google authentication code 'profiles' (what ever you call them). So now, when I try to log in and it asks for my auth code, I can't see it on my phone despite being signed in to my nizen00@gmail.com account.

Is there any way I can log in? I'm getting a bit worried, as carbonite is the only way I can sell my computer parts. And I would like to list my old CPU and Ram modules as I upgraded recently lol.
