If he had been truer to rock in a purer form I imagine he would have done well with the taste of what that would have been like below

Well Hybrid Theory had some "true rock" if that even is a thing. Him and Mike Shinoda created music that they both really enjoyed and that's what made most of it so amazing. I also think it was tough for them in that time to know what type of rock they wanted to do since Punk Rock was so huge back then

@NvdMmarlyn nothing against linkin Park but they were more rapcore so when I say truer I just mean rock without other music genres added into the mix. Note this is pretty much lamb of god with Linkin parks singer
