Hi, I have an X64 alarm installed, I am using the Swift Software to program the panel., but i have two problems.
  1. I have set up 4 stay profiles, but cannot get the Stay Button to allow me the option to select which Stay profile to activate. I also have the HYYP IP module installed, and i can arm any stay profile by the mobile app, just not the keypad.
  2. I have installed a Receiver for the remotes and set output 1 to open the main gate. I have 5 remotes, all setup to 5 different user profiles, but only 3 of them will open the gate, yet all of them will arm and disarm the system.
The installed cannot help. Although he has the basic knowledge on the system, he is unable to help with the advanced options. So i am appealing to anyone who knows this system that can help.

With the stay profiles... If there is one profile, just press and hold 5.
If you have more than one, hold "5" together with "1" or "2" or whatever profile you want to activate for about 1 second and release, then press and hold "5".

*this is the way I do it on mine, hopefully it works on yours too*

Ah, that worked for the stay profiles. Thanks. Much appreciated.

Now just to figure out why some remotes work and others dont.

Welcome bud!
Not too sure about the remotes... I would assume all are the same brand?
Only other thing could be that the gate can only allow X number of remotes on the memory at a time? So if you do 5...the first 2 will be over written and won't work.

I am using the IDS receiver which allows up to 128 remotes. also using IDS remotes. Each remote is linked to its own User Code, and each user code is a carbon copy of the primary user. So yeah, not sure what the heck is going on.

IDS themselves dont respond to any emails. not great customer service if you ask me. I also dont wanna get an alarm guy in that will cost me for something that should be quite simple to fix.
