Notes:
I should mention that this is an ES/QS chip but it performs exactly like full retail and OCs just fine.
4.6GHz @stock vcore and 1.2v
Also showed up as i7 in CPUz and Windows 10,it's just a bug since it's a QS chip all the cores and performance is still there.

Also, chips can be easily identified using the intel identification utility. I have what is referred to as a QS sample, which is technically a retail chip and not an issue to sell (they carry no warranty).

QS chips clock quite easily, pretty much "golden sample" if there is such a thing.
