Desired Age: Less than 5 years preferably

Ballpark/Budget Amount: R3000-R3500 depending on the item

Looking for a decent combo for a friend, ideally an i5 3rd/4th gen or better in good condition.
Will need a CPU, Cooler, Around 8GB Ram, and Mobo.
Would be willing to negotiate the price a bit depending on the item.
