[For Sale] i5 4690k system or single components

I'm in the process of replacing my current system and will have it up for sale within the coming week. I have no idea what to ask hence this feeler post as guideline and to gauge interest.
Specs are as follows:

MSI H81M-P33
i5 4690K has a big CPU Cooler, have no idea what the name is. Can see in pics
HyperX 4gb x 2 RAM
Antec VP500PC PSU
Samsung Syncmaster P2050 screen
Winforce GTX770 GPU
Genius GX Keyboard
Some random case i don't know the name of. It was red and then got Plasti-Dip'd black.

Unfortunately I can't provide a mouse and hard drive with this as I will be keeping it for the new rig.

Age: unknown - i traded it with someone from Carbonite years ago.
Warranty: nope
Condition: old obviously, but everything still works perfectly.
Packaging: don't have any of the boxes
Location: Roodepoort/Randburg/Dunkeld
Shipping: rather not, too big of risk damaging components
Collection: sure, also don't mind meeting up, depending on location
Reason: time to upgrade for development purposes
Price: if I can get in the ballpark of R3500 for the entire setup, it's yours. Will wait before splitting
