color me impressed.

I got one with my z690/ddr5 build, saving now for a proper gpu, but with my current one I can go for a while.

quite impressed sofar with 12th gen, not sure if I even will go higher than the 12100 now, or what the reasoning will be for it except cud?

The 12100f has four normal cores and none of the new ones. It looks like a great CPU. I have a 3300X and it gets spanked like a naughty donkey by the 12th gen i3.

That said if you've forked out on a DDR5 build you may as well go all in.

Check Gamers Nexus:
He is very impressed with the 12100.

Hold up, you got a 12100 with Z690 and DDR5?

That’s unbalanced AF.

That being said, I have a 3300X and a 3080.
yes, yes I do 😭

I am thinking of upgrading later, but im doing my build over a couple of months cause its too expensive atm to buy everything at once.

That’s fair. You can always flip the 12100 for close to what you paid for it.

What RAM did you get?

Adata lancer DDR5 single 16 stick 6000Mhz, that plus the mobo broke my wallet hence cpu, but yes should be able to sell later on if need be.

I mean, I can't really say anything. I don't totally agree with the configuration, but I've also made some questionable upgrades this year.
That ddr5 early adopter headaches.

I mean, I'd agree with you, but you really just need a 2-DIMM board and Hynix chips with a half competent memory controller. Pair those and you have guaranteed 6800C32 if you're even half decent at OCing.

Asus Z690-F, wanted to go hero but was too scared seeing as how I saw too many youtube videos of it catching fire.
Nice. Yeah luckily that fault was found and documented as well so people can check them themselves as well.

Zero worries if you buy from someone at least semi-competent. I've had suppliers check the IC and supply photos on every board I've sold before it's delivered to me.

That’s some big brain thinking right there.

I would have gotten the Hero because I know what to look out for and it’s a good board.

Big brain thinking? Or actually being a VAS reseller as opposed to nothing more than a middleman? :)

I mean, I just thought you were a hobbit but clearly you’re more than just a big hair foot computer geek.

I wonder how Evereck are coping with the Hero RMA returns?

Warranty void? :ROFLMAO:

Probably.

They probably have no idea because that’s so classic evetech and when they keep coming back they keep trying to figure out what’s going on.

They also ignore RMA emails and management thinks it’s spam.
