Support I was banned for being a scammer?

Hi

I am not sure why but this morning I got 2 notifications saying I am a scammer and then was banned?

I am not sure what I did or didnt do to be banned.

I just Joined Carbonite to try and get a gamming laptop.

Please let me know.
