Key Purpose of the Job
- Infrastructure maintenance, planning, deployment and upgrades (Including backups)
- System monitoring diagnostics and troubleshooting
- Technical asset administration and documentation
- Server, network and end user support
Knowledge and Experience
- Minimum requirement: 3-year I.T related qualification
- Proven working experience as an I.T Administrator
- Hands on networking and desktop support experience including VLANS. Routing TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS
- Knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Server 2019 and Ubuntu
- Must have a valid driver’s licence
Desired Skills
- Maturity and excellent people skills
- Highly proficient in English - both spoken and written
- Service orientated, a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Gsuite admin, Terminal Services, ESXi, Wireless networks, CCTV & Telephony
- Technical document writing
