Just a note for the guys asking me to ship a PS5 that is coming from Takealot (I am not sure if anyone else is doing the same but they are known for this) - the box they are shipping in adds at least 10cm to all dimensions of the Sony box.

It may be a plan to ask if they can put it in a more proportionate box as it causes a large price varience especially on Overnight.

Morning everyone - hope everyone is looking forward to some down time during December!

For the few who have been in the loop - I am now using PrimeTime Express (PTE) in conjunction with TCG.

The reason being that TCG can sometimes be frustratingly obstinate with service (response times) & query resolution - PTE have been the complete opposite so far and they have been added to maintain the good service + clarity that I like to give everyone.

With that said, I will specify who the quote is from - PTE has an association with Fedex so their paper waybills will read accordingly & their tracking numbers are only numbers (versus alpha-numeric for TCG).

Sent a few items now using Dom. Always quick and reliable. I can see why he changed to PTE. They can almost keep up with him. Almost.

Tbh, PTE is really good. They phone you up to confirm things and make sure you are there for collection! I haven't needed to ask them for approximate collection times as I haven't needed to, but they sound like the kind of company that would have a good idea of when they would be passing your house. I would say Dom has a good pairing here. Everything is so easy, speedy and clear.

This guy is a champ!

He's always available, always quick to respond. Prices are amazing. I've shipped 3 parcels. 2 were completely problem free and arrived very quickly. On the third I had an issue with communication on the courier's part (not Dom's fault) and he was constantly on their case until the issue was resolved and I was refunded for the misunderstanding.
Very friendly and reliable guy! 10/10 would recommend.
