I'm moving into an apartment at the end of the year and the only fibre options in the building are these guys? Anyone know of them or have any experience? Want to know what I'm getting myself in to XD

Sounds like they're essentially a WISP. One amongst the many WISP's.
Considering they're the 'only' option - don't they perhaps have a month to month option you can try?
Would suck to commit to a contract considering the nature of the technology

Yes fortunately their is a monthly option, but just holding thumbs that the service is reliable.
