Hp1010 drivers

Hi guys,

Need assistance. I cant seem.to find the drivers for this HP1010 laser printer. If anyone has the disk or the link please do let mr know....really appreciate the assistance.

That's what comes up from the ZA HP site, but fair warning it's for Win Vista x64 so probably won't work

Correct. Does not work with win 10

Got the same printer. Followed steps in
The video below.

Effectively use the virtual printer port, and select hp 3055 laserjet pcl 5.

I think the video says use 3050, but i noticed the second print job fails with an unsupported pcl version error.

Just be patient on the screen where it loads drivers for all printers.

When asked to choose a port, You can choose the usb001 virtual port, or the hp dot4 virtual printer port. Both work just fine

To make text that was formatted in colour print more clear on this printer

Go to your Setting > Printers and Scanners > HP 3055 > Manage> Printing Preferences
"Advanced" tab
Print all text as black: Enabled
Graphics mode: Send graphics as Vector...

To make text that was formatted in colour print more clear on this printer

Go to your Setting > Printers and Scanners > HP 3055 > Manage> Printing Preferences
"Advanced" tab
Print all text as black: Enabled
Graphics mode: Send graphics as Vector...
