As this is a shared home, there are other tenants in the same space and collaboration is required for usage of the available utilities in the home. These include a kitchen with a gas stove, washing machine, and fridge.
On-premise braai facilities are available if you would like to enjoy a quiet evening/weekend in.
One bathroom and one toilet (separate) with the bathroom having a bath/shower conversion.

Applicants will be subject to checks like credit score, affordability etc. Regret that no deposit arrangements (ie. paying it off) will be accepted.
