Hi All,
Selling my home in SA, as we are emigrating to NL next month on a permanent basis.
The home is in a gated estate containing 42 homes, in Sonkring, Brackenfell. I had the house built in 2015/2016 (moved in March 2016) and is thus still covered under all initial warranties.
There is a Curro primary school and Curro Castle within 50m from the gate of the estate, and has quick access to small shopping malls and the N1.
The plot is not directly accessible, as there are homes against it on both sides and behind - providing additional security.
3 Bedrooms, 1 small study area, 2.5 bathrooms, Double garage, Outside braai area.

I'm selling at 70k under market value, as I don't want to drag this out too long, as I'm purchasing a plot in NL and plan to have construction start early 2020.
