How loose? Covered under warranty?

The warranty is not transferable with Herman Miller and don't know the person that purchased the chair... it's just the in and out function that's loose (no clicking in place...) but it's not really something that bothers... it's only if you wanted to have the arm rest closer to your waste it might be a problem..
