Yea having the prices of new gpu's go up by 1-2k does not warrant you adding 13-14k on top of a 2nd hand no warranty 1080ti just because it 'can run cyberpunk better than a HOF 1080ti'...
Whatever you are smoking, I want some too. You are close enough for me to just swing by and come pick up some.

That quote only works when you know what you are talking about.
No one will buy a 1080ti for 20k just because VERY HIGH END GPU's are scarce.
Especially not when you can get some 3080's and 6800xt's for cheaper (Which are in stock locally just so you know)

I'm also the guy that saw the market opportunity in 2017 to sell a Power color RX480 Red Devil for R10k which no retailers ever listed near that pricing. The game is called supply and demand.
 
lol the only reason RX480's ever hit that price was due to miners buying out all the cards, leaving suppliers with no stock.
The 1080ti has nothing warranting it's price to be R20k unless you are fucking high...

Rossi might be onto something here. Exploiting the idiots. The ways some sales have gone recently with folks paying insane prices over MSRP, I'm not surprised opportunists are crawling out the woodwork.

Regardless, I still feel he should be forced to get a reseller sub just coz of the profit he would be making 'if' he sells these cards...

There's likely a logical explanation for the pricing. It must be a much loved and cared for card. Possibly wined and dined every other day. Cleaned and repasted religiously. Kept in a climate controlled environment and slept beside him for many a year.
Can't put a price on love. Its priceless.

That being said...I need to ask. Rossi, you on tik?

Unless it shits gold and can make coffee, I don't care much for how much he 'loved' his card...
Also certain Strix never made 'white' models, but that makes sense if you consider the above.

On that, Rossi lives in Durbanville... People there are uppity so probably on that fancy cocaine shit... got whats left of his brain all fucked up...
