Help with selling internationally

Afternoon gents.

I am interested in getting into the business of selling tshirts with designs I had my artist and business partner friend make.
I have a page on Facebook I am going to advertise through. Does anyone have experience selling abroad that they can share with me, I feel like most of my potential market will be from the United States so I need to make arrangements as to how I will ship products to them.

If you are only selling the designs, why not partner with a US printer to make and ship?

I am unsure how to approach it, Redbubble for example only gives about 20% of the money for shirt sold to me, and then I still have to split it with my designer.
