Hi Guys,
Hoping someone can shed some (RGB) light on this 🤡
So I got a set of rgb fans that came with a controller and a remote to cycle through the rgb effects (powered by a molex cable)
It works well and I have no problems. The issue however is when the pc goes to sleep or if I shut down ad power up again, the fans go back to that rainbow cycle (default). Is there any way in which the settings can be saved?? It seems that the controller loses power and therefore goes to default when it gets power again?
I am using this setup as my mobo does not have a rgb header. My case however (Cougar turret) does have a rgb switch that works with the cougar rgb lighting control box however that is a 4 pin (from the fan) and the new fans are 6 pin.
Please could someone help, I don't like the rainbow and having to change it back with the remote every time😩
