Hey guys,

I am a little clueless when it comes to networking , hence needs some advice.

I have about a 1000m2 of area to provide high quality network for.

In each room (bedroom + family room ) I have provisions for the CAT6e cable to enter into.

Now what I need is a one SSID to for the entire network so that i don't have any break in connection.

The wireless gadgets like laptops and phones will connect via WiFi but the TV's will use the Network cable.

I am based in Centurion, is there anyone that can help me with this ?

I could attempt a DIY but my time is limited , and as mentioned above, I am clueless so if I experience problems, it
will delay.

(No budget)

TIA ! 🙏

Mesh network, pick one brand and deploy that everywhere. Typically you would need a controller to handle all the access points.

Hi there,

I'll also be able to assist with this, there are a bunch of options but it does depend alot on the layout and materials in the home.. for example, glass blocks wifi signal much more then normal walls..

The amount of money and other needs also come into play, send me a pm of you want, I'll happily assist.

Let me know if you need help also.

Many options depending on budget.
Since you can cable each room (won't need an AP in each room, unless the budget allows for it), you don't need a mesh system. This would work out cheaper and more stable.
UniFi would be a solid option.
Can provide a hosted controller so you don't need to host your own or get an additional CloudKey.

Hi guys

appreciate the assistance and advice from everyone.

With too many options to chose from, I have taken the plunge using guidance/skills from @K1ngFallen , who made a site visit which really convinced me to opt for what he recommended.
