Help needed with dead hard drive

I need someone that can recover data off a dead hard drive, it was a external hard drive we have removed it and plugged it into a docking station but it does not power up at all, this is in the JHB area. the hard drive is a 3.5" sata Samsung HD103SI.

Depending on the type of Hard Drive, if the fault is with the board you can actually look for an identical hard drive and swap out the controller board. Some are pretty straightforward but others need a heat station etc.
