Help needed delidding my 4770k

Hi Carbies,
I'm running hot on two cores and want to delid my i7 4770k, I know its not the cooler.
Can anyone recommend someone near me, I.m bit worried about doing it my self.

I have recently made use of this member's service to delid my 4790k - Thread

I had an absolutely awesome experience. After making payment, he sent a courier to collect the CPU. After dellidding, he created a report containing the before & after temps and sent it to me. On the stock HSF the cpu would hit 100c under load and start throttling. After the delid and repaste, the max temp was 81c without throttling. Needless to say, his re-pasting abilities are top notch. His communication is excellent and makes you feel he takes pride in the service he offers. I would recommend him all the way.
