Help - Email setup - Outlook 2019 - Telkomsa - VOX

Hi All,

I need some assistance please.
I had to get a new computer and it is load with Office 2019. I want to use outlook for my emails.

email service provider - Telkom
internet service provider - Vox.

All assistance is highly appreciated.

You should be able to set it up using this guide from Telkom:

Just use smtp.saix.net instead of smtp.dsl.telkomsa.net for outgoing email

Hi Viv i would recommend moving your email away from telkom to another email service then just forward the telkomsa mail to the new one, their services are soon to be discontinued.
