Hi guys I am having an issue with one of my hdd's,am hoping someone on here can point me in the right direction?

Whats happening is I have 3 HDD, 1 ssd as 1st main boot and 2 standard drives as 2nd and 3rd Boot options.
But since last night my 3rd boot has decided not to show up in windows.
So what I have done so far is:
1.checked Bios (It shows up fine there)
2.inserted new sata and power cables
3.removed the drive put it in an external (it works fine in an external drive)

While it was in external drive I ran HD Sentinel on it and it gave me a 99% excellent.
Soo any out there have any clue what it could be,i would be thankful.
Thanks for reading this ladies and gents.

On a side not before it vanished,it was popping in and out of my windows and my pc was performance stuttering.

A drive can show up fine in HDD diagnostic programs but still be faulty. Does it make any strange noises or clicks ?
I've had plenty of drives where you can hear the platter winding down and speeding up . I call it a coughing drive.
Does it appear in Disk Management ? Maybe the partition is corrupt or missing

It sounds perfect, have it running in the external next to me with the lid off.

Check if the disk shows up or is initialized in disk management. Try running windows memtest for few seconds, restart pc and see if the hdd shows up.
Disk management in windows? if you mean windows it does not show.
Bios picks it up though

Yes Disk management in Windows or any Disk Partitioning Software . I Use AOMEI Partition Assistant Pro Edition

Thanks for your help guys, really appreciated, all seems to be back online after the memtest :D
Have restarted a few times to test and all good.
