Because shipping is not easy for me as i work on the namibian border and only go to the closest town weekends so if i send it away i will have no pc for 2 weeks at least. I did contact them an they said the only way is to ship it back to them. but i can just replace the strip as i have a strip that can fit there just haven't had the time to install it as its a difficult process😕
