Gtx 1080ti FE not working and conditon not fully disclosed

Description of Bad Deal:

Seller told me card microstutter unless you use older driver, and offered 10 day personal warranty with the card.

Micro stutter is not micro sutter its very bad and freezes every few seconds.

Opening gpuz crashes the driver and needs a reboot.

I cant even search in search bar or try and get old driver installed.

The following stuff was not disclosed to me before the sale:
The IO shield spray painted white
Missing screws at back
Card stuck in 2d clocks if you get it run benchmark
Asus bios loaded on gigabyte card?

The card was part prevouis bad deal thread?

Tried selling a card that was already part of a bad deal

Didn't mention in the sale it microstutters and that you needed old drivers for it to work

Listed it as good

Smells like a scam
