Gtx 1070 bad deal

Description of Bad Deal:I sent the eft last Sunday from nedbank to his capitec account it normally take about 3 days to clear, not in this case according to him he only got Friday so 5 working days. Then he tells me he sent the gpu thru postnet and that he will send me the tracking number when he is home then I thought why not just send it now but okay I'll wait he then ignores all my messages and he has still not replied to date. At this point I think he just did a sim swap and I doubt he will respond here.

So my question is what can I do regarding this and if there's any hope of me getting my 5.5k back.

Have you asked Nedbank to investigate a transaction reversal & engage with their fraud department on a recovery process (not too likely but regardless everything is pointing to this)?

Yes he says he will send it tonight he was apparently out of town I'm just hoping for the best here.

That being said I don't have time for people that like to drag their feet, he can come back once he resolved this. He is banned for now.

I'm with Capitec and never had an EFT coming in or going out ever took 3 days let alone 5 days. and then a whole weekend pass and no tracking number. You can take a picture of the tracking number the moment you receive the waybill and whatsapp it. It's literally not even a 10 second job.

Nedbank to Capitec - max 1 day. Nedbank Fraud can't help as the transaction was authorised by the OP. It's now a civil matter of non delivery of purchased item. Hope OP eventually comes right.

The writing was on the wall, please people do some due diligence, it doesn't take long - go through the seller/buyer's profile for a few seconds before you part with your hard-earned cash/goods. I hope the OP comes right.
