Im looking for someone with a good feedback rating to look at 2 GPUs (AMD R9 390 and RX570) I have (willing to pay costs). I was using them a few days ago and both were working 100% and now in any PC i test them with , if they are connected with the PCIe cable the PC does not boot (not even CPU or case fans start). Without PCIe cable I can boot but only using onboard iGPU display.

I have tested on multiple PSUs,Motherboards, systems etc and the only constant is the GPU causing a fault. AMDVbios flash utility says adapter not detected/found. GPU also does not show up in device manager either.

Please send PM if you can help fix them.

I've got an RX570 doing the same thing. Must be something that is shorting I think. I can just hear the PSU going click when I try to boot with it.

Sounds like short on pcd of the card. Normally not worth fixing :(
