And yet, after all the jargon, they end of by saying the want to assist miners and buy off their rigs.

Why would someone want to buy the sinking titanic as they put it
 
Weird that they want to buy the GPU's off the miners with the GPU market crashing. unless they plan to offer way below market rates which no miner would take that deal anyway, they would just sell directly to gamers themselves.
the price of GPUs is falling so fast that not even the biggest GPU reseller in the world can move them into the hands of gamers before they’re worth less than we paid for them

This part is interesting, let's hope for a GPU fire sale when next gen is announced :love:
 
I think the crypto market settling out like it is with ETH now. Hashrate on other coins will pick up & profitability will drop, miners will drop out & it will equal itself out in a sense.
They prob just buying up scared miners's cards for cheap & build their own farm or sell for profit bit later on a HIGH market (good game plan)
 
I think it might take a couple of years for GPU's mining to come back, some new coin has to rise up and at least 95 % of gpu farms need to shut down for it to be viable.
