Got scammed, but what caused him to get banned?

Got scammed off 4.8k for an Iphone XR, my fault tbh but I thought seeing someone delt a samsung oddssey screen with him he would be trust worthy. Now hes ghosted me and is banned from carb. Im considered the money lost, but I didnt report him so who got him banned? This person was called @Metrotech.

That's to say if it's his real name. He's linked to several scamming accounts here - @Raocore, @PearsonTechnology and @StadeosGroup that I can think off.

If it's his real name, and it's really him, you'd do good to share this info with the people he's scammed THOUSANDS from now, probably reaching over R100k by now, so he can get his ass locked up.
