Well this went south. Got the mouse. Definitely not in "Excellent" condition as described. Unpacked it, plugged in and it can not hold a connection. Cord broken where it enters the mouse. Seller want to blame Postnet even though it was very well wrapped. Asked for a refund and I'm being ignored. I will probably get a negative review from him as well now.

The deal originated from a Carb classified thread so it is allowable per the rules to open a bad deal.

If you get an "undeserved" negative iTrader you can report it to the mods to have it disputed. But the bad deal thread should cover that too.

Both parties will have the opportunity to state their case before sanctions are concluded.
