SO my fan closest to the outputs has started to wobble need to replace this, first prize would be one from a dead card second prize would be something i can strip and try and fix.

Best bet would be to buy new fans off Alibaba or Ebay. You looking at around +- R300 bucks including shipping. Weird how I also bought a gigabyte rx570 GPU yesterday with the same problem.
