Condition: Good. No signs of damage or rust or anything. Rear fan when spun by hand does seem a little sticky, but works perfectly when card is powered up. Temps also remain well under 80 degrees, under HEAVY load using stock fan settings.

Reason: Electricity. I thought this card would use much less than the Toxic card I had, but it's also pretty power hungry. I need like a 1050ti or something. Winter electricity tariffs are a scam.

bump. Card was sold and delivered. 9 days after delivery (after personal 7 day warranty) I was informed card's HDMI doesnt work. Something I tested before shipping. Not in the mood for drama so card is being shipped back to me tomorrow and I refunded the buyer (after spending his money on day 7). If the HDMI works and card is fine, it's back up for sale for R1000.

Card arrived today and is working perfectly. Problem was simply a glitch in the matrix with the previous buyer. His systems don't seem to like AMD cards. Sounds weird, but I can relate as my X99 rig with Xeon processor does the same thing. With the 5820k it runs any GPU no issues. Just one of those things.
