If it's lhr then it can't be 6 months old..

I don't think the windforce moniker is currently in use for the ampere cards. If it's an OC pro, then rev 2 should be when they swapped the heatsink to the thinner profile away from the 3070 heatsink but still non-lhr, rev 3 should be the lhr card. So is the card an oc or an oc pro.
